Description
Assistant Area Manager for West Texas Division
This position reports directly to our Area Manager and works closely with the Manager in supporting company operations across several ranches in West Texas from Del Rio to El Paso and San Angelo to Presidio. Duties include but are not limited to:
-deer feeder filling
-water infrastructure work/maintenance
-yard maintenance/landscaping
-cattle work
-fence and other general ranch work
-assisting with Aoudad live capturing efforts
-guiding of hunters during the year
Compensation also includes health insurance, tips from guiding hunters, year-end bonus, personal hunting opportunities for employee, and a company work truck.
