Description
We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Farm Apprentice to join our growing regenerative farm in Mabank, Texas. This part-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who’s curious about modern, forward-thinking agricultural practices and wants to be part of the future of farming.
As an apprentice, you'll assist in:
- Caring for livestock and rotating animals across pasture
- Setting up paddocks and maintaining fencing
- Collecting eggs, planting cover crops, and helping with farm tours
- Operating tractors, ATVs, and using farm management software
- Supporting daily operations and regenerative projects in partnership with our Regenerative Farming Manager
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work in all kinds of weather
✔️ A team player eager to learn regenerative agriculture methods
✔️ A self-starter with a clean driving record and a year of ag experience preferred
