Large professional landscape services business is looking for an experienced Landscape Production Manager. SFP Landscaping, Inc. has been in business for over 40 years and is focused on high quality commercial landscape maintenance, design/build services and vegetation management services. We build strong, long term client relationships through quality and responsive performance, reliable communications and a focus on total customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the General Manager. The production team reports to the Landscape Production Manager.

· Responsible for all production activities

· Manages Aspire software implementation on an on-going basis

· Manages all safety related activities, including training, reporting, risk management

· Work task training as necessary

· Productivity analysis

· Writing and enforcing company policies and standards

· Teamwork development and team building

· Adhering to budgets

· Management development within production team

· Liaison between sales and production

· Problem solving

· Oversees production purchasing

· Oversees vehicle and equipment fleet including maintenance

· 10 years of production experience in landscape field

· Proven proficiency in production planning and execution

· Strong understanding and/or experience in client relations

· Communicates well

· Proven leadership in guiding a production team

· Strong understanding of safety and training requirements

· Proficient in time management skills

· Excellent understanding of productivity software and its impact on the entire team

· Proven communications and problem solving skills
