- Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor tasks on or near water in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work long hours and travel to various job sites as required.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Hourly Wage: $18 - $22, based on experience.
- Hours: 40 to 60-hour work weeks are typical, depending on the season and project demands.
- Overtime: All hours worked over 40 in a week will be paid at time-and-a-half.
- Benefits: 401k Retirement, Health Care Plan, Paid Vacation, Paid Time Off, Overtime Pay (*eligible for benefits after a 6-month probationary period).
- Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the private fisheries industry and work with a leader in the field.
