Biological Laboratory Technician
Location: Missoula, MT
Position Overview:
Rhithron Associates Inc. is a leading aquatic bioassessment laboratory located in Missoula, MT. Our clients include government entities of all levels, university researchers, and industry located throughout North America. We are seeking a Biological Laboratory Technician to join our team, where you will work with samples from aquatic ecosystems, sorting through stream and river substrate to collect aquatic macroinvertebrates. This role offers hands-on experience in bioassessment, and we provide thorough training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort stream and river substrates to collect and analyze aquatic macroinvertebrates.
• Follow established protocols to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate records of all samples and data collected.
• Ensure the integrity of samples throughout the process.
