Description
Position Description:
We are recruiting one PhD student to conduct research on “Coupling climate-driven hydrological process-ecological response for green watershed optimization”.  The aim of this research to construct the multi-process model coupling climate driven-hydrological process-ecological response for the green watershed, analyze their mutual feedback mechanism, and regulate the green watershed.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Conduct fieldwork across Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province
·        Data Management and Analysis
·        Paper writing, publication and so on 

Qualifications Required:

Ph.D. Assistantship:  
·        M.S. in Environmental engineering, Ecology, Climate change, or related discipline
·        A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)  
·        Strong quantitative skills  
·        Demonstrated experience with statistical software (e.g., Program R) and GIS 
·        Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
·        Demonstrated research experience (data collection, analysis, writing) 
·        Ability to conduct fieldwork 

Preferred Qualifications 
·        Previous experience of the research 
·        Record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations

Stipend/Salary:  
 (PhD.) 3500RMB /month stipend and other benefits include full tuition, accommodation waiver and medical insurance
