Description
Responsibilities
• Daily reporting to home office located in Magnolia, TX.
• Provide service and customer support during each field visit.
• Tie workflow to Google calendar schedule on a daily basis.
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks as designated by lead technician.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports on a weekly basis.
• Service reports are to include correspondence notes on correspondence with customer, all tasks assigned with updates on progress of completion.
• Complete and turn in TDA reports on a monthly basis.
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use good judgement.
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with lead technician and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with customers. This includes actively recruiting new
customers. Replying to leads when requested to. Following the lead technicians’
guidance on how to assess and answer technical questions satisfactorily.
Requirements
• This position requires seasonal overnight(s) and/or out-of-town travel.
• Self-starter, problem-solver, detail oriented, safety conscious, listens well, takes
direction.
• Passion for the outdoors.
• Swim in deep water.
• Possess a clean Texas Driving record.
• English literacy.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule.
