Description
Resi Solutions is seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time Biologist to conduct natural resource surveys (including special status plant surveys) and monitoring in support of ongoing projects in southeastern New Mexico. The need is immediate. This is a full-time hourly position. Overtime will be paid on a weekly basis if hours exceed 40. Candidates must be located in southeastern New Mexico, preferably Carlsbad, Hobbs, Artesia or similar.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in adverse environmental conditions, including rugged terrain, remote locations, and extreme temperatures.
- Ability to walk 10+ miles per day in a desert environment.
- Proficiency in using tablet devices for field data collection.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a robust work ethic.
Desirable qualifications:
- BLM CFO trench monitoring training
- BLM CFO SSPS training
