Description
On-Site / Part-Time / Temporary: College Students encouraged to apply if able to work through the summer. Need M-F, mornings - 8 a.m. - noon.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with administrative tasks as needed and perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
-Enter and update data into various computer systems and databases.
-Transcribe information from various source documents into electronic format.
-Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries.
-Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate data entry.
-Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.
-Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
-Accurately enter orders and process customer requests.
-Assist in lab work.
Experience:
-Proven experience in data entry or related clerical roles.
-Proficiencey in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
-Familiarity with basic math concepts for calculations.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
