JOB TITLE: Electrofishing Coordinator
WORK LOCATION: AES NORTH (Ball Ground, GA)
REPORTS TO: Service Coordinator
Summary: We are looking to add several fish techs to our team who are passionate about fish, lakes and helping our clients "live the dream" on their property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Exemplifies excellent customer service.
• Develops and submits electrofishing proposals.
• Develops and submits electrofishing reports.
• Calls and confirms electrofishing appointments with clients.
• Development of efficient routes to appointments.
• Builds relationships with vendors and clients.
• Documents all work in CRM.
• Leads and develops departmental team.
• In-depth knowledge base in all aspects of fisheries management.
• Independently operates electrofishing equipment in a proficient and safe manner.
• Maintains all electrofishing equipment.
• Conducts electrofishing surveys.
• Conducts follow ups on all electrofishing clients, completed or in process.
• Identify potential issues on site with visual clues.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Assist AES staff as needed (Live fish hauling and stocking, product installations, etc.).
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must Haves:
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and
external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Slack, Google Suite).
• Valid Georgia Driver’s license.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing
exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given,
prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Impeccable attention to details.
• Understanding of basic business fundamentals.
• Able to pivot as necessary to changing work needs.
• Ability to safely operate half-ton trucks up to two-ton trucks on and off road.
• Excellent trailering skills.
• Can perform inspections and basic maintenance on trailers, vehicles (checking/adding fluids, changing tires, etc.).
• Ability to drive/navigate motorized boats.
• Excellent map reading skills.
• Enjoy working with fish, water, and other outdoor minded people.
• Excellent at writing scientific reports.
• Bachelor’s degree (Biology, Fisheries, Wildlife Management, related field).
Nice To Haves:
• CRM experience
• Sales experience
• Ability to prospect potential sales.
• Knowledge in fish and lake management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal,
state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to navigate uncertain terrain.
• Ability to operate truck w/ trailer for long periods of time.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors for long periods in all weather conditions.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in and around water.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to swim.
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone and in person with clients.
